By accessing and using MessageMotions ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This Service is operated by Rabolution Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered company in Nigeria.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
MessageMotions provides a platform for creating and sharing animated message cards. Our services include:
- •Access to animated message templates
- •Message customization tools
- •Shareable message links valid for 30 days
- •Secure payment processing through Paystack
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
MessageMotions does not require user account creation. However, you are responsible for:
- •Providing accurate email information for payment confirmation
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your message links
- •All activities that occur under your created messages
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Our current pricing is ₦200 per message. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your payment information. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions.
4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once your message link has been generated. Please:
- •Preview templates before creating your message
- •Review your message carefully before payment
- •Contact support within 24 hours if you experience technical issues
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect messages already purchased.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. You represent and warrant that:
- •You own or have the necessary rights to the content you create
- •Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- •Your content does not violate any applicable laws
5.2 Content Storage
We store your message content for 30 days. After this period, messages are automatically deleted for storage optimization. We do not guarantee backup or recovery of expired messages.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use MessageMotions for any of the following purposes:
- ✗Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- ✗Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- ✗Illegal activities or promotion of violence
- ✗Impersonation or fraud
- ✗Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- ✗Pornographic, obscene, or offensive content
- ✗Malware, viruses, or harmful code
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and terminate access to users who engage in prohibited activities.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Content
All templates, animations, graphics, logos, and other content provided by MessageMotions are owned by Rabolution Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License
When you pay for a message, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- •Use the template for your personal message
- •Share your message link with others
7.3 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates without explicit written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- •Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- •Uninterrupted or error-free service
- •Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- •Security of data transmission over the internet
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABOLUTION LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- •Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- •Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
- •Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service (₦200)
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
