We currently have 4 beautiful animated templates: Enchanted Rose (romantic), Confetti Blast (celebration), Thank You Garden (gratitude), and Space Odyssey (epic). More templates coming soon!

Yes! You can write your own personal message (up to 500 characters) and add your name. You can also choose to send it anonymously.

Absolutely! Click "Preview Template" on any template to see how it looks with a sample message before you create yours.

Once you pay and your message is created, it cannot be edited. Please review your message carefully before completing payment.

We use Paystack for secure payments. You can pay with your debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. All major Nigerian banks are supported.

Yes! All payments are processed securely through Paystack, Nigeria's #1 payment platform. We never store your card details.

Yes! After successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your payment receipt and message link.

Due to the instant digital nature of our service, we don't offer refunds once your message link is generated. Please preview templates and review your message before paying.

After payment, you'll get a unique link. Copy this link and share it anywhere - WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other platform!

Yes! Recipients can view your animated message completely free. They just click the link you send them. Only you (the creator) pay ₦200.

Unlimited! Your recipient can watch the animated message as many times as they want during the 30-day validity period.

Your message is valid for 30 days from creation. After 30 days, the link will expire for storage optimization.

Yes! You can share the same link with as many people as you want. Everyone with the link can view your animated message.

Messages work on all devices - smartphones (iPhone & Android), tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. All you need is an internet browser!

No! Recipients just click your link and watch the animated message in their browser. No app or account needed.

Check your email (including spam folder) for the confirmation. If you still don't see it, contact our support at support@MessageMotions.com with your payment reference.

Yes! When customizing your message, check the "Anonymous" option and your name won't appear on the message.

Only people who have your unique link can view your message. We don't share it publicly or with anyone else.

We only store your email (for payment confirmation) and the message content you create. We never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
